Maritime
Maritime Law (also known as Admiralty Law) is a separate body of law governing a variety of maritime related disputes. Maritime law is a unique area of our practice, and we have the capability to respond nationwide to defend our clients in relation to maritime seizures, and our lawyers have achieved substantial resolutions on behalf of clients in maritime disputes.
Our Firm has represented and has the capability to represent a broad range of clients in numerous cases: cargo carriage disputes; oil spills; water pollution claims; vessel financing; and ship operation, construction and re-building disputes; maritime liens; commercial contractual claims (including Charter Parties); and a variety of other maritime disputes.
While most maritime firms need to maintain outside criminal counsel to cover the potential criminal liabilities arising from pollution accidents, our firm has the in-house capability to handle both the civil and criminal aspects of such cases. Furthermore, our criminal maritime lawyers are not only extensively experienced in criminal matters and criminal procedures, they are also experienced other areas of maritime practice.
We are involved primarily in handling admiralty and maritime cases. This means that we are highly knowledgeable of cases pertaining to accidents, injuries, and other situations involving cruise ships, yachts, and other watercraft.

ظلت قوانين الضرائب القطرية ولسنوات عديدة موضع اهتمام واعتبار من قبل الشركات التي تمارس أعمالا تجارية في قطر ، وقد أصبح موضوع الضرائب ألان من الأمور التي تمثل أهمية خاصة أكثر من ذي قبل، وبصفة خاصة بعد أن بدأت إدارة الضرائب القطرية في اتخاذ إجراءات صارمة في تقدير وتحصيل الضرائب، بالإضافة إلى مساعدتهم على هيكلة تعاملاتهم بشكل يخفض من مسؤولياتهم الضريبية الى أقل حد ممكن.
المنازعات الادارية والعمالية

الصناعات النفطية
إن التجهيز والإعداد لتقديم خدمة استشارية قانونية للصناعات النفطية (سواءً في مجال الاستكشاف والحفر والإنتاج النفطي عموماً) أو في مجال الصناعات النفطية التحويلية (البتر وكيمياويات) يتطلب الحرص الكبير في اختيار المستشارين، وهذا ما دأبت عليه إدارة المكتب، وذلك لما تتمتع به هذه الصناعة بنوعيها (الإنتاجية أو التحويلية) من التّشعبات اللامتناهية

Public Procurement and Administrative Law
We have assisted Qatari and other Middle Eastern companies, as well as, international companies in their oil and gas exploration, extraction, refining and exporting operations in Qatari. We work to ensure our oil industry clients’ compliance with Qatari, United States and international statutes and treaties; to guide our clients in completing and filing their exploration and drilling certificate applications; and to resolve disputes with their customers, suppliers and competitors. Our firm represents oil and gas clients in complex regulatory proceedings, audits and investigations conducted by Qatari government regulatory agencies and ministries.
Defense Contracting and Qatar Reconstruction
We have provided legal advice on United States government procurement regulations and contracting and on Qatar Ministry of Defense and Qatar National Guard procurements. We advise many clients that have based their operations in Qatar while contributing to the Iraq Reconstruction effort.
